Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product materials or craftsmanship, in which case we will provide a free return label.  Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns not related to defects or craftsmanship issues.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Email our Customer Service team at galaxyautoshield@gmail.com with your order number and clear pictures of the item, specifically highlighting the defective part if applicable.
  2. Our Customer Service team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm the next steps.
  3. If your return is approved and the item is found to be defective, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is not due to a defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received within 2-3 business days and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

 

How to cancel an order

Email us with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. Your cancellation will be processed within 1 business day. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return or exchange.  

 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact Customer Service at galaxyautoshield@gmail.com immediately with your order details, order number, and tracking number.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To make a claim, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Email our Customer Service describing your issue and upload a picture/video of the product issue. Contact: galaxyautoshield@gmail.com
  2. Customer Service will review your case within 24 hours and confirm.
  3. After the issue is confirmed, Customer Service will work with the customer to choose a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or products that have been used/worn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
